  • the present invention has advantages in that the price of the product can be remarkably lowered as production in large quantities and the generation of inferior goods can be decreased with molding at the exact size because the repeating workings can be performed with adapting not the conventional forging working but the press molding working. As well, the size of the penetrating space 2' is exactly made with precision process, thereby maintaining good reliability of the product. Likewise, the present invention is for applying the pressure with using the metal plate, thereby contributing the production in large quantities and price cutting.

Abstract

Ce procédé de fabrication d'un support de réglage de déshydratation pour machine à laver comporte les étapes suivantes : (A), un détourage et un premier moulage permettant de former simultanément un saillant central, une aile rattachée au saillant central et une dépression située à l'intérieur de l'aile, (B), un travail de correction visant à aplatir la face supérieure de l'aile tout en diminuant, à plusieurs reprises, le diamètre du saillant et tout en durcissant celui-ci en profondeur, (C), une opération visant à constituer un espace de pénétration au centre du saillant, opération durant laquelle on coupe et on enlève de la matière sur le bord de l'aile pour arriver aux dimensions désirées, (D), un travail de correction de l'aile permettant d'y ménager un trou (a) et une encoche et, (E) un nouveau travail de correction visant à rendre verticale une partie du saillant à une extrémité de l'espace de pénétration, à aplatir. On nettoie ensuite la pièce et on la peint (F).
