Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour détecter l'origine d'animaux d'élevage, notamment de veaux, de porcs et analogue, comportant les étapes suivantes: (a) marquage biologique de l'animal d'élevage vivant par application d'au moins un antigène inoffensif pour l'animal et l'homme, et (b) identification de l'anticorps spécifique formé par l'application du ou des antigènes, au moyen d'un procédé de détection immuno-enzymatique ou immuno-chimique.
