- pistons are inserted into filled cartridges, it is necessary to remove the residual air between the filling material and the piston. It is known to simultaneously insert a wire between the piston and the wall of the cartridge when inserting the piston, so that the residual air is pressed out in the area of the wire when the piston is inserted. This residual air removal is very time consuming and also involves the risk that the sealing lips on the piston can be damaged.

Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour évacuer l'air résiduel lors de l'introduction d'un piston (1) dans une cartouche pleine (2), ledit dispositif comprenant au moins une ouverture d'évacuation d'air (7) s'étendant vers l'air libre à partir de la surface de piston (6). Ce type de dispositif d'évacuation d'air s'est avéré peu fiable et nécessite des poussoirs spécialement adaptés. L'invention vise à créer un dispositif d'évacuation d'air permettant l'évacuation d'air lors de l'introduction du piston, sans manipulation supplémentaire. A cet effet, une poche (8), dans laquelle est placé un filtre microporeux (9), est formée sur la surface de piston (6) au niveau de l'ouverture d'évacuation d'air (7).
