Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte au domaine de la métallurgie et concerne plus précisément une structure comprenant des blocs d'isolation de type cavaliers qui sont destinés aux tubes des soles de fours de chauffage dans des laminoirs. Grâce au dispositif décrit dans la présente invention, il est possible d'accroître la résistance de la chemise de protection en réduisant les risques de déformation et de décollement de celle-ci par rapport au cavalier au niveau des soudures. La chemise de protection (1) est connectée au cavalier (2) par soudure. Le cavalier (2) est monté sur un tube de sole (3) et fixé à celui-ci par soudure également. L'espace séparant la chemise de protection (1) du tube de sole (3) est rempli d'un matériau d'isolation thermique (4) tel que de la laine de kaolin. L'épaisseur de la chemise de protection (1) représente de 0,2 à 0,5 fois l'épaisseur du matériau d'isolation thermique (4). Dans un autre mode de réalisation, l'épaisseur de la chemise de protection (1) représente de 0,025 à 0,2 fois ou de 0,5 à 2,0 fois l'épaisseur du matériau d'isolation thermique.
