Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une structure sandwich comprenant, de préférence, deux couches. Dans un exemple cité, un mince revêtement de surface en plastique résistant à l'usure et de grande valeur est réparti sur une faible épaisseur et sous forme légèrement liquide sur le plancher d'une plate-forme, et ce dans une quantité prédéterminée. Ensuite, on applique dessus un tapis ou une plaque en matériau de peu de valeur, notamment un matériau de recyclage. La structure est achevée lorsque le revêtement de surface est durci. Dans un autre exemple cité, un mince revêtement de surface préfabriqué réalisé dans un nouveau matériau de grande valeur sous forme solide est inséré dans le sol d'une plate-forme puis une couche en matériau de peu de valeur liquide à pâteuse, notamment un matériau de recyclage, est appliquée uniformément sur le revêtement de surface. Les deux matériaux, reliés sous pression, présentent des liants pouvant se lier de telle façon qu'une excellente adhésion des deux couches soit obtenue.
