Definitions
- the present Water and Solids Separating Apparatus that Contains Diesel, High Flow Capacity, Improved which is intended to be protected by means of the present application, was considered, since it is a apparatus that decreases in its interior the inlet pressure of the fuel in it, causing the fuel to separate from the impurities by the precipitation principle, depositing them in the lower part of the apparatus, and which also incorporates a sensor that detects when the level of impurities and water reaches its maximum, supplying diesel fuel free of water and impurities in. 99% at the top, ready for use, which can be preheated by a resistor built into the bottom.
- the object of the invention is to provide a new type of Water and Solids Separator Apparatus Containing Diesel, High Flow Capacity, Improved, whose main feature is that it allows water and impurities to be separated from diesel fuel even if the needs of consumption are very high,.

- Fig. 8 is a detailed view of the rectangular cubic body at its bottom.
- the Water and Solids Separator Apparatus Containing the Diesel, High Flow Capacity, Improved (figs. 1 and 2) is formed by a metal cylinder made by mechanical means of formation, such as bending, extruded, stamping, etc., depending on the process used for its realization, welding is used to join it, being able to be welded with or without metal, autogenous or electrical, manual or automatic, externally to the cylinder a threaded tube is incorporated (1.2) to connect the hose (not illustrated) that supplies the fuel that comes from the storage tank, this tube (1 * 2) is in correspondence with the inlet hole (3.3) of the rectangular cubic body (3.1) placed in the inside the cylinder (figs.
- this hole (3.3) has the same dimension as the inside diameter (2.3) of the fuel inlet pipe (1.2), the rectangular cubic body (3.1) placed inside, has a length (figs. 3 and 4) almost the same as the dividing plate (3.10) placed diametrically inside (fig.
- the rectangular cubic body (3.1) incorporates in the face that corresponds to the inside of the cylinder and in the lower part a hole of greater diameter (3.2) than the entrance hole (3.3), and it is through the hole of greater diameter (3.2) where the diesel fuel inside the cylinder is released once it enters the apparatus, in the same way it it provides in the lower part an opening as a result of the angle of the lower plate (8.1) which is auxiliary in the dissipation of the pressure in the Diesel fuel inlet flow, inside the cylinder a plate (3.10) is incorporated whose measure in width corresponds to the inner diameter of the cylinder and longitudinally its measurement is relative to the size of the cylinder without its covers (figs.
- this plate (3.10) internally divides the cylinder into two equal semicircles, and allows the turbulence created by the passage of the fuel not to affect the already purified fuel, in addition this plate (3.10) supports the breakwater plates (figs. 3 , 4, 5, 6 and j 7, 3.4, -3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8 and 3.9), each 'r ⁇ mpeoia plate has a different shape which allows the fuel inlet pressure of the water separating apparatus and solids that can be between 40 and 150 or more gallons per minute, be dramatically decreased, this is due to its strategic placement and with an approximate angle of 45s with breakwaters can vary according to the needs in each purifying device and depend Of the amount of fuel to be purified, these breakwaters (3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8 and 3.9) are placed inside the cylinder, where the square-shaped breakwater (3.4) is at the same height as the hole outlet (3.2) of the rectangular cubic body, attached to the inner wall of the cylinder by means of welding
- this device has two covers, one upper (2.1) and one lower (2.2) where two plugs (1.5 and 1.6) have been incorporated that- it serves to purge the indoor air of the purifying apparatus and a purge valve of the impurities deposited in the lower part of the apparatus, where the plug incorporated in the upper cover (1.6) works to remove the air from the apparatus, and the purge valve bottom (1.5) serves to remove the impurities deposited on the inner bottom surface of the separator apparatus, to provide the primary filter with a fuel with a purification of between 98 and 99%, leaving the Separator of Water and Solids that Contains Diesel , High Flow Capacity, Improved, through the outlet pipe (1.3) so that it
- the principle under which the present Water and Solid Separator Apparatus Contains Diesel, High Flow Capacity, Improved, acts is the principle of separation of elements due to their specific weight, in the case of being elements of different specific weight , such is the case of diesel fuel, whose specific weight is less than 1, which is of lower density than water whose specific weight is 1, so diesel fuel is kept separate from water and impurities at the top of the purifying apparatus, leaving the impurities that are of a specific weight equal to or greater than 1 and the water on the lower surface inside the Separating Apparatus.
- the diesel fuel supplied from the storage tank enters the purifying apparatus (figs. 1 and 2) with a pressure between 40 and 150 gallons per minute, entering the rectangular cubic body, generating an effect similar to centrifugation, causing The separation of the elements, due to the pressure of the inlet flow, if the Water and Solid Separator Apparatus that Contains the Diesel, High Flow Capacity, Improved, will not have the breakwater plates, the fuel flow required by the Internal combustion engine would be such that the purified fuel, when sucked by the outlet tube would be re-mixed with the separated impurities, so the diesel fuel already purified exits through the tube provided for that action, towards the primary filter that supplies finally the fully purified fuel to the engine.
