Abstract

L'invention concerne une installation destinée à la production de bière. Lors de la production de bière, il se forme un produit intermédiaire liquide résultant du processus de préparation de la bière, lequel contient des particules de matière brute. Ces particules de matière brute doivent être éliminées de la bière de façon qu'une turbidité du produit fini soit exclue. A cet effet, un dispositif de séparation (12) est placé dans ladite installation, le produit intermédiaire pouvant être dirigé, au moins partiellement, de façon à passer par ce dispositif. Le dispositif de séparation (12) est conçu (il contient par exemple des filtres (13, 14)) de façon que, lorsqu'il est traversé par le produit intermédiaire, au moins une partie des particules de matière brute soit séparée de celui-ci.
