Abstract

The invention relates to a facility for producing beer. During beer production liquid intermediate products of the beer preparation process are generated, which products contain raw material particles. These raw material particles must be removed from the beer so as to prevent clouding of the finished product. To this end the invention provides for a separator device (12) to be arranged in the apparatus through which at least part of the intermediate product can be fed. The separator device (12) is configured in such a way, for example by containing filters (13, 14), that at least part of the raw material particles can be separated from the intermediate product in the separator device (12).
