Definitions
- This tool can be useful to both individuals and professionals.
- the device can also be used for weed removal purposes as well as for planting smaller
- Bale plants are used.
- the main innovation lies in an un-jagged tube shape and the combination of cylindrical and conical shapes that are connected with transition radii so that an optimal material flow guaranteed when cutting out the earth spigot.
- the shape can also be achieved with a corresponding curve function.
- the shape is open towards the top so that the earth spigot detaches optimally.
- the length of the closed tube shape is of crucial importance for the function of the tool.
- the shape of the tool ensures that the spigot to be cut does not stick to the inside of the tool and therefore cannot back up. As a result, the earth spigot is compacted only to such an extent that the spigot holds together in a compact form, but can still be easily removed from the open tool from above.
- the earth spigot shaped in this way can thus be reinserted directly over the onion that has been placed by hand.
- the function is independent of the penetration angle.
- the earth spigot to be ejected does not hinder the subsequent work step due to the difference to the detachment zone of the tool.
- the earth pin to be ejected is guided against falling out in the upper part of the tool. (normal use)
- the penetration depth can be varied by the user depending on the application.
- the earth pins get a shape that is suitable for reinsertion.
- the application can be optimized for the intended purpose.
- the force is primarily applied to the work step via the step in the tool area.
- the effort required for the cutting function is limited by the shape of the cutting edge.
- the function of the device is largely independent of its maintenance.
- the construction is simple and robust.
- Drawing 1 Figure 1, compilation of the entire garden tool
- the tool part (1) is the central part when cutting out the holes in the ground.
- the tool cutting edge (1.1) enables the earth holes to be cut out with little
- the shape of the excavated earth is slightly compacted and forms the basic shape of an earth spigot.
- Pin shape can be removed from the guide.
- Compression zone will work in different soil as well as with different
- the earth spigot can therefore be pushed out by the next person, since the detachment zone (1.3) prevents sticking and the resulting excessive compression.
- the detachment zone (1.3) enables use in different soils as well as working with different moisture levels.
- the length of the earth spigot can be freely defined by the user depending on the use.
- the guide (1.4) gives the earth pin the necessary hold after the cutting process.
- the guide (1.4) is designed in such a way that the earth spigot can be removed without problems from other parts.
- the step (2) transfers the force required for the work step to the tool.
- the tool (1) is firmly attached to the coupling part (3).
- Tool style attached The connection to the tool style can also be made directly with a
- the coupling part (3) (welded connection if necessary) is omitted.
- the tool style (5) serves as an extension to enable working in an upright ergonomic posture.
- the extension (5) must be large and stable according to the requirement.
- the or the handle (6) serve to facilitate the work.
- the garden tool can be in different due to its construction and functionality
- the length of the closed tube shape is of crucial importance for the
- the main advantage of this solution is the targeted cone formation without the tool sticking. This effect means that working in different soils and with different moisture levels is guaranteed for a long time without time-consuming cleaning work.
- the design of the guide made it easy to remove the pin. Since the earth pegs are only slightly compressed, it is well suited for use in
- the earth holes can be closed again with the pins after setting.
- the tool impresses with its simple design.
