Abstract

Der Erfindung, die eine Vorrichtung zur Messung und/oder Abbildung elektrischer, magnetischer und mittelbar daraus ableitbarer Materialeigenschaften betrifft, liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine verbesserte Tiefenwirksamkeit des Messens zu erreichen und in weiten Grenzen eine Anpassung der Oberflächengeometrie und der Meßempfindlichkeit an die zu untersuchenden Proben zu gestatten. Dies wird dadurch gelöst, daß den Applikator bildende Resonatoren aus elektrisch gekoppelten Zwei- oder Mehrleiterstrukturen bestehen, die zumindest im Bereich einiger der sich bei Resonanz ausbildenden Spannungsmaxima oder Ladungsschwerpunkten in Richtung des Meßobjektes offen sind, und die Leitungsstrukturen so angeordnet sind, daß ein resultierendes Überlagerungsfeld ihrer zum Meßobjekt offenen Ladungsschwerpunkte an der Grenzfläche zum Meßobjekt an eine zu erzielende Feldgeometrie annäherbar ist.
