Abstract

The present invention relates to a standardised protein characterised in that it comprises at least one specific binding site for enzymes and/or one specific binding site for an antibody constant region and/or one specific binding site containing fragments of antibody constant regions. The binding site is made functional after an electrophoretic separation which is carried out in denaturing conditions.
