Abstract

Standardprotein, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Standardprotein mindestens eine spezifische Bindungsstelle für Enzyme aufweist und/oder eine spezifische Bindungsstelle für die konstante Region eines Antikörpers aufweist und/oder eine spezifische Bindungsstelle aufweist, die Fragmente von konstanten Regionen von Antikörper umfaßt und die Bindungsstelle nach einer unter denaturierenden Bedingungen durchgeführten elektrophoretischen Trennung funktional ist.
