Abstract
Description
Anschluß für eckige Dachdurchdrincrun en Connection for square roof penetrations
Beschreibungdescription
The invention relates to a connection made of sheet metal, preferably of titanium zinc sheet, for angular roof penetrations, consisting of a curved breastplate or neck sheet bent up in a polygonal manner, with side edges which preferably run in the vertical plane including the eaves direction and two side edges which are canted at right angles, preferably from the water level. each side panels connected to the side edges of the breast and neck panels.
Weitere eckigeBreast, neck and side panels are components of the interruption of the roof covering by penetrations and enable the joints to be bridged flexibly to the subsequent roof covering. Neck, side and breast plates are usually connected to each other by lying double folds and pinch folds. This can be done between the side and breast plates on the clothing that may open or, depending on the roof pitch, either diagonally or at right angles. The manufacture of such connections for roof penetrations require great manual skills and are therefore part of the process a considerable effort. Known connections made of titanium zinc sheet for angular roof penetrations, consist of a curved breastplate and neck sheet from the water level with side edges preferably extending in the vertical plane including the eaves direction, the breast and neck sheet being connected by two side sheets bent up from the water level, preferably at right angles. It is the object of the present invention to provide a connection for angular roof penetrations, which can be produced with comparatively less effort and does not require any special manual skills.
The solution to this problem consists in the measures specified in claim 1.
In claims 2 and 3, further developments of the connection according to claim 1 are preferably described.
Es zeigen:The invention is explained in more detail and by way of example in the drawing. Show it:
Fig. 1 eine isometrische Darstellung eines mit Scharen aus Titanzinkblech eingedeckten Dachs mit einer Kamindurchdringung,1 is an isometric view of a roof covered with shares of titanium zinc sheet with a chimney penetration,
Fig. 2 eine isometrische Darstellung des Anschlusses für eine eckige Kamindurchdringung, Fig. 3 eine isometrische Darstellung eines rechtwinklig aufgekanteten Seitenblechs.2 is an isometric view of the connection for an angular chimney penetration, Fig. 3 is an isometric view of a side plate folded up at right angles.
The roof covering system of a roof (1) that is inclined at an angle of 30 ° consists of coulters (3) that are installed at a height overlap transversely to the eaves direction (2) and have a coulter length of 10 m, a coulter width of 400 mm and a metal thickness of 0.7 mm. The coulters (3) form an angle of 6 'with the substructure of the roof (1), which is not shown, and are indirectly attached to the substructure of the roof (1) via holders, not shown. The connection of the chimney (4) penetrating the roof (1) consists of a curved, bent breast plate (5) with an overhang (6) on the eaves side overhanging bend (6), a bent neck plate (7) with a ridge side underneath the coulter (3) engaging diagonal fold (8) and two side plates (9, 10), each with a section (11, 12) that is folded up vertically from the water plane, each with a cantilevered bend (13) resting on the underlying coulter. The side edges (14, 15) of the breast plate (5) and neck plate (7), which run in the vertical plane including the eaves direction (2), are each with the correspondingly curved side edges (16, 17) of the vertically edged section (11 , 12) of the side plates (9, 10) each connected via an L-shaped rail (18). The side walls (11, 12) are provided with an internal pinch fold (19) so that the breast plate (5) with the overhanging fold (6) can lie directly against the share (3). The correspondingly curved L-profile rails (18) serve as teaching for the production of the curved edges (16, 17) of the upturned section (11, 12) of the side plates (9, 10). The air-side edges of breast (5), neck (7) and side panels (9, 10) each have an obliquely outward fold (20, 21, 22, 23) for the connection to the rising cladding of the fireplace (4).
Instead of the breast plates and neck plates bent up in a curved manner, they can be bent up in a polygonal manner, the circumference of the corner region approaching the circumference of the curvature of the profile rails in this region.
The advantages achieved by the invention consist in particular in a low installation effort and short installation times, whereby an almost error-free installation is guaranteed. The connection is suitable for all conventional roof coverings consisting of metal, concrete, bricks, slate or the like.
