Abstract

L'invention concerne l'utilisation de nonoxynol-9 comme lubrifiant (3). Le nonoxynol-9 est contenu dans une composition aqueuse destinée à humidifier et/ou à enduire les muqueuses des organes génitaux (1) ou à former une couche sur ou dans les organes génitaux (1). L'invention concerne également un procédé de production d'un lubrifiant (3), notamment d'une composition contenant du nonoxynol-9, de l'acide lactique, de l'eau et éventuellement au moins une autre substance, de préférence, une matière odorante. Cette composition aqueuse est, de préférence finement pulvérisée pour une humidification et/ou une enduction temporaire ou appliquée sous forme de spray (4) sur les parties correspondantes, notamment sur les muqueuses des organes génitaux (1).
