Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Boden eines metallurgischen Gefäßes mit einer Gleichstromlichtbogeneinrichtung, deren Kathode in das Gefäß hineinragt und in dessen Feuerfestauskleidung des Bodens mindestens eine Anode angeordnet ist, die einenends die Gefäßwand durchdringend im Gefäß befindliche metallische Schmelze berührt und die anderenends an kühlfluide Versorgungsquellen anschließbar sowie über Halteelemente elektrisch isoliert an der Gefäßwand befestigt ist. Dabei ist eine den elektrischen Strom nicht leitende Hülse (31) vorgesehen, die den in das metallurgische Gefäß (11) hineinragenden Teil der Anode (21) umhüllt und dabei einen Abflußkanal (37) bildend in einem Masse (Δr) von der Anode (21) soweit entfernt angeordnet ist, daß niedrig schmelzende Metalle, im wesentlichen Blei, ohne Behinderung aus dem Gefäß (11) abfließen können.
