植物纤维餐具、 食品和物品包装制品及其生产方法 技术领域
本发明涉及餐具、 食品和物品的包装制品及其生产方法。 背景技术
目前市场上使用的一次性餐饮具绝大部分是塑料制品, 这些制品经使用后废 弃, 因不易降解, 又难以回收利用, 给自然景观、 水源、 土壤等造成了很大程度 的污染。 某些机械工业制品、 家用电器由于包装采用了泡沫塑料而影响其进入国 际市场, 急需新型可降解材料的内包装及 *充物取而代之。 另外, 一些农作物、 花草树木在培植期内需要缓苗, 费时费力极不方便, 如采用合适的钵体或器皿加 以盆育后直接移入土中生长, 能节省人力, 加快作物的生长。
本发明的目的是提供一种清洁卫生、 废弃后可降解、 收集可作肥料或饲料、 制作成本低、 原料来源丰富、 充分利用农业资源、 并可广泛用作其他包装物的植 物纤维餐具、 食品和物品包装制品。 发明内容
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种植物纤维餐具、 食品和物品包装制品, 由几种原料组合加工而成, 这些 原料包括植物纤维及粘合剂, 其与现有技术的不同之处在于: 植物纤维采用农作 物秸秆纤维, 其用量为 60 % - 95 % ; 粘合剂采用淀粉类原料和脱模剂, 用量为 5 % - 40 % , 模压粘合成型后的表面涂有防水胶。
本发明中所述的农作物秸杆纤维采用稻草、 麦秸、 芦苇、 甘庶渣、 棉花杆、 高粱秆等农作物的秸秆纤维中的至少一种。 当然, 也可以采用其他合适的农作物 秸杆纤维等。
本发明中所述的脱模剂可采用食用油。
本发明中所述的防水胶包括 PVB 树脂、 食用乙醇、 普通胶水、 丁醇、 海藻 等成份。
本发明中所述的淀粉类原料采用纯淀粉、 面粉、 次面、 糊精等中的至少一种。 当然, 也可以采用其他合适的淀粉类粘合剂。
本发明制作的餐具、 包装制品包括: 碗、 盘、 碟、 快餐具、 饮水杯、 匙、 筷、 罐、 坛及工业机械、 家用电器、 电子产品等产品包装及填充物、 或花木、 棉花、 玉米、 蔬菜等农作物的移秧钵。 当然, 也可以为其他合适的包装制品。
本发明中所述的粘合剂中的淀粉类原料的用量为 4 - 33 %, 脱模剂的用量

确 认 本 为 1 _ 7 %。 当然, 也可以采用其他合适的比例及原料组成结构。
一种生产前述的植物纤维餐具、 食品和物品包装制品的方法, 包括如下步 骤:
1 )将农作物秸杆纤维粉碎后与粘合剂均匀混合;
2)将混合好的坯料注入模具中, 在压力为 0.5 - 15Mpa , 模温 30°C - 250°C 条件下, 通过加压和保压, 20秒- 30分取出;
3)在制品表面涂一层防水胶;
4)对上胶后的制品烘干。
本发明的方法还可以包括对烘干后的制品进行消毒的步骤。
本发明的优点是: 原材料及辅助材料均为纯天然物质, 不含对人、 牲畜、 土 壤有害的物质; 原料来源广、 价格低廉、 便于组织生产, 并能综合利用农业资源; 在生产过程中不产生任何污染, 使用后废弃可在 1 - 8周内自然降解, 能养田沃 土, 利于生态平衡, 对环境不产生污染; 回收可作牲畜的饲料等; 用作植物移植 钵、 盆, 可加快农作物的生长, 利于作物的根系发育, 提高作物的成活率。 本发明的最佳实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明:
实施例一:
一种废弃后可作饲料的食品包装制品的生产步骤包括:
1、 将农作物秸秆原料纤维 (包括稻草、 麦秸、 芦苇、 甘庶渣、 棉花秆、 高粱 秆等农作物的秸杆纤维中的至少一种)用粉碎机进行粉碎, 制成草粉料;
2、 称取占总量 95 % (重量百分比)的草粉料, 5 % (重量百分比)的粘合剂 (其 中淀粉原料约 4 %, 作为脱模剂的食用油(例如豆油、 菜油等)约 1 % );
3、 将草粉料、 粘合剂加人搅拌机搅拌均匀;
4、 将经搅拌均匀的坯料加入模具型腔, 模温设置在 120°C - 240°C , 压力 为 8 - 15Mpa;
5、 通过加压、 保压等工艺, 大约 50秒钟后脱模取坯;
6、 在成形产品上涂覆含有 PVB树脂、 食用乙醇、 普通胶水、 丁醇、 海藻等 成份的专用防水胶;
7、 送入烘箱烘干、 消毒后成为成品。
实施例二:
一种废弃后可作饲料的食品包装制品的生产步骤包括:
1、 将农作物秸秆原料纤维 (包括稻草、 麦秸、 芦苇、 甘庶渣、 棉花秆、 高梁 秆等农作物的秸秆纤维中的至少一种)用粉碎机进行粉碎, 制成草粉料; 2、称取占总量 80 % (重量百分比)的草粉料, 20 % (重量百分比)的粘合剂 (其 中淀粉原料约 17 % , 食用油脱模剂约 3 % );
3、 将草粉料、 粘合剂加入搅拌机搅拌均匀;
4、 将经搅拌均匀的坯料加入模具型腔, 模温设置在 80°C - 180°C, 压力为 5 - l OMpa;
5、 通过加压、 保压等工艺, 大约 40秒钟后脱模取坯;
6、 在成形产品上涂覆如实施例一所述的防水胶;
7、 送入烘箱烘干、 消毒后成为成品。
实施例三:
一种废弃后可作饲料的食品包装制品的生产步骤包括:
1、 将农作物桔秆原料纤维 (包括稻草、 麦秸、 芦苇、 甘庶渣、 棉花秆、 高粱 秆等农作物的秸杆纤维中的至少一种)用粉碎机进行粉碎, 制成草粉料;
2、称取占总量 70 % (重量百分比)的草粉料, 30 % (重量百分比)的粘合剂 (其 中淀粉原料约 25 % , 食用油脱模剂约 5 % );
3、 将草粉料、 粘合剂加入搅拌机搅拌均匀;
4、 将经搅拌均匀的坯料加入模具型腔, 模温设置在 30°C - 100°C , 压力为 0.5 - 5Mpa;
5、 通过加压、 保压等工艺, 大约 10秒钟后脱模取坯;
6、 在成形产品上涂覆如实施例一所述的防水胶;
7、 送入烘箱烘干、 消毒后成为成品。
实施例四:
一种废弃后可作饲料的方便面碗的生产步骤包括:
1、 将农作物秸秆原料纤维 (包括稻草、 麦秸、 芦苇、 甘庶渣、 棉花秆、 高粱 秆等农作物的 '秸秆纤维中的至少一种)用粉碎机进行粉碎, 制成草粉料;
2、称取占总量 70 % (重量百分比)的草粉料, 30 % (重量百分比)的粘合剂 (其 中淀粉原料约 26 % , 食用油脱模剂约 4 % );
3、 将草粉料、 粘合剂加入搅拌机搅拌均匀;
4、 将经搅拌均匀的坯料加人模具型腔, 模温设置在 100°C - 200°C , 压力 为 7 - 12Mpa;
5、 通过加压、 保压等工艺, 大约 45秒钟后脱模取坯;
6、 在成形产品上涂覆如实施例一所述的防水胶;
7、 送入烘箱烘干、 消毒后成为成品。
实施例五:
一种废弃后可作饲料的快餐具的生产步骤包括: 1、 将农作物秸秆原料纤维 (包括稻草、 麦秸、 芦苇、 甘庶渣、 棉花秆、 高粱 秆等农作物的秸秆纤维中的至少一种)用粉碎机进行粉碎, 制成草粉料;
2、称取占总量 80 % (重量百分比)的草粉料, 20 % (重量百分比)的粘合剂 (其 中淀粉原料约 17 % , 食用油脱模剂约 3 % );
3、 将草粉料、 粘合剂加入搅拌机搅拌均匀;
4、 将经搅拌均匀的坯料加入模具型腔, 模温设置在 60°C - 120°C , 压力为 3 - 8Mpa;
5、 通过加压、 保压等工艺, 大约 1分钟后脱模取坯;
6、 在成形产品上涂覆如实施例一所述的防水胶;
7、 送人烘箱烘干、 消毒后成为成品。
本发明可将上述各实施例所制成的食品包装、 方便面碗、 快餐具等在一次性 使用后回收, 经高温消毒、 粉碎后用作动物、 家禽、 鱼类的饲料。
在将本发明制品用作家用电器等无需消毒的包装制品时, 可不进行消毒处 理, 并且可以采用其它合适的脱模剂和防水胶。 例如, 脱模剂可以用棉油、 桐油, 防水胶可以用市场上可以买到的各类普通防水胶。
虽然以上结合通过若干个较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细描述。 但应该理解 的是, 熟悉本技术领域的人员在不偏离本发明实质的基础上还可以作出种种等价 的变动。 因此, 本发明的保护范围应由所附权利要求限定。

1. 一种植物纤维餐具、 食品和物品包装制品, 由几种原料组合加工而成, 这 些原料包括植物纤维及粘合剂, 其特征在于: 植物纤维采用农作物秸秆纤维, 其 用量为 60 % - 95 % ; 粘合剂由淀粉类原料和脱模剂组成, 用量为 5 % - 40 % , 模压粘合成型后的表面涂有防水胶。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的植物纤维餐具、 食品和物品包装制品, 其特征在于: 农作物秸秆纤维采用稻草、 麦秸、 芦苇、 甘蔗渣、 棉花秆、 高粱秆等农作物的秸 秆纤维中的至少一种。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的植物纤维餐具、 食品和物品包装制品, 其特征在于, 脱模剂采用食用油。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的植物纤维餐具、 食品和物品包装制品, 其特征在于, 防水胶包括 PVB树脂、 食用乙醇、 胶水、 丁醇、 海藻等成份。
5. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的植物纤维餐具、 食品和物品包装制品, 其特征在 于: 淀粉类原料采用纯淀粉、 面粉、 次面、 糊精等中的至少一种。
6. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的植物纤维餐具、食品和物品包装制品, 其特征在 于, 制作的餐具、 包装制品包括: 碗、 盘、 碟、 快餐具、 饮水杯、 匙、 筷、 罐、 坛及工业机械、 家用电器、 电子产品等产品包装及填充物、 或花木、 棉花、 玉米、 蔬菜等农作物的移秧钵。
7. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的植物纤维餐具、食品和物品包装制品, 其特征在 于: 粘合剂中的淀粉类原料的用量为 4 - 33 % ; 脱模剂的用量为 1 - 7 % 。
8. 一种生产植物纤维餐具、 食品和物品包装制品的方法, 其特征在于, 该方 法包括如下步骤:
