Abstract

L'invention concerne un nouveau dispositif de fixation pour pièces à usiner sur plusieurs faces, dont les axes (14, 15) de la broche d'entraînement (4) ou de la broche de support (5), qui porte les pièces de serrage (7, 8), sont inclinées d'un angle ( alpha 1 ou alpha 2) qui est dans la réalité très petit, par rapport à la table de travail (1) et à l'axe de pièce idéale (19). Le serrage d'une pièce entre les pièces de serrage (7, 8) avec une force de serrage agissant dans le sens axial entraîne une déformation du boîtier (2, 3) et de son moyen de fixation, cela permettant d'obtenir, pour une valeur nominale fixée, l'alignement coaxial des axes (14, 15) et donc la position de serrage optimale de la pièce. Des valeurs de la force de serrage s'écartant de la valeur nominale entraînent des déformations complémentaires qui peuvent influer sur la position de serrage de la pièce de sorte que le respect des dimensions soumis à d'étroites tolérances est compromis. Le dispositif selon l'invention offre la possibilité, au moins au niveau d'un boîtier (3), d'effectuer un réglage en hauteur à l'aide d'un support (11) qui peut être décalé d'un petit angle ( beta ) par rapport au socle (13). Une échelle (17) indiquant l'intensité de la force de serrage permet un réglage sûr du support (11).
