Eine nachfolgend zur Wiederverwendung erforderliche Reparatur der beschädigten Elemente ist mit unkalkulierbaren Kosten verbunden. Die zuvor aufgezeigte Aufgabe ist durch ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung mit den Merkmalen der Patentansprüche 1 und 20 gelöst. Durch dieses erfindungsgemäße induktive Erwärmen wird das zu entlackende Element in energetisch ganz besonders vorteilhafter Weise erwärmt. Dabei werden durch unmittelbares Ankoppeln an das elektrisch leitfähige Element Wirbelströme im Element generiert, die aufgrund des elektrischen Widerstandes des Elementmaterials zu einer Erwärmung des Elements führen. Energieverluste durch Beheizung eines Heizraumes sind hier - bis auf die Abstrahlung des Elements - weitestgehend ausgeschlossen. Durch das induktive Erwärmen wird das Abdeck- und/oder Trägereiemet quasi von innen heraus erwärmt, wobei dementsprechend zunächst die innerste Lackschicht erwärmt wird. Eine entsprechende Vorrichtung ist danach derart ausgebildet, daß zum induktiven Erwärmen der Abdeck- und/oder Trägerelemente eine Kammer mit einer darin angeordneten Induktionsheizeinrichtung vorgesehen ist und daß die Kammer der Lackieranlage zugeordnet ist oder als mobile Einheit ausgebildet ist. Die Kammer könnte dabei direkt in eine Lackieranlage bzw. Lackierstraße integriert werden, so daß ein Ausschleusen von zu entlackenden Abdeck- und/oder Trägerelementen nicht erforderlich ist.
