Abstract

Cette invention porte sur un dispositif de fusion permettant de fondre un wagon de chemin de fer entier ainsi que d'autres articles métalliques contaminés par l'amiante. Ce dispositif comporte des parois latérales (1) sur lesquelles se trouvent les brûleurs (2) destinés à assurer la chaleur nécessaire à la fusion. Le fond (3) du dispositif est en pente de manière à amener le métal en fusion dans l'attaque de coulée (4), lequel métal en fusion pénètre ensuite dans le creuset mobile (5). Le fond du dispositif comporte des appuis (6) servant à soutenir le wagon de chemin de fer (7) ou un autre article. Un toit ouvrant (8) permet d'introduire l'article par le haut.
