Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de génération d'une image d'un corps animé d'animal humain, ou non humain, ou d'une partie de ce corps. Ce procédé consiste à administrer audit corps un agent de contraste physiologiquement tolérable renfermant un composant absorbant un rayonnement et/ou un composant générateur de pression; à exposer ledit corps au rayonnement; à déceler les ondes de pression générées dans ledit corps par ledit rayonnement; et à générer à partir de ces ondes une image optoacoustique d'au moins une partie dudit corps auquel on a administré l'agent de contraste.
