Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de teinture et de finition simultanée de fils à coudre, principalement de polyester. L'invention est caractérisée par la mise au point et l'application d'un agent lubrifiant conjointement avec un agent égalisant de teinture de façon à obtenir une distribution excellente des deux composants, créant ainsi des bobines parfaitement égalisées. L'agent lubrifiant est constitué d'une huile de silicone avec des dérivés d'acide gras de chaîne entre C10 et C15, des oxyéthylènes et entre 0 et 5 % d'un antistatique. L'agent égalisant est constitué d'un agent égalisant/dispersant à base de polycondensat linéaire dans une solution aqueuse d'un dérivé spécial de polyester. Cette combinaison permet d'effectuer une teinture et une finition et d'apporter des améliorations importantes par rapport aux procédés habituels, notamment l'économie de temps et d'eau et l'épuisement quasi total de l'agent lubrifiant.
