Abstract

The invention relates to the dyeing and simultaneous finishing of sewing threads which are particularly made of the polyester. The invention is based on the development and application of a lubricant together with a dyeing equalizer agent so that an excellent distribution of both components is achieved and perfectly equal bobbins are obtained. The lubricating agent comprises a silicone oil with derivatives of C10 to C15 fatty acids, oxyethylenated agents, together with 0 to 5 % of an antistatic agent. The equalizer agent is comprised of a equalizer/dispersing agent based on a linear polycondensate in aqueous solution, of a special polyester derivative. The use of this combination provides improved finishing and dyeing compared to conventional processes, particularly improvments related to savings of time and water and the use of practically all the lubricating agent.

Se deja ambientar el género a 20-30°C durante 10 minutos y se añade el agente lubricante a una concentración de alrededor del 6% sobre peso de materia y el colorante necesario, previamente dispersados por separado en agua desmineralizada.
