En el invento se desarrolla un sistema para el acabado de hilos de coser de poliéster, junto con la tintura, con el consiguiente ahorro de energía y tiempo con respecto a los métodos convencionales. El proceso descrito como nueva invención presenta importantes mejoras sobre los procesos convencionales. Cabe citar algunas de ellas, sin que su descripción represente una limitación al contenido del presente invento. En primer lugar, al no efectuarse en dos baños el proceso de tintura y posterior acabado, se ahorra tiempo y, actualmente mucho más importante, agua y energía.The process described as a new invention presents significant improvements over conventional processes. Procedimiento para hilo de coser de poliéster puro (100%)Procedure for pure polyester sewing thread (100%)
Se llena el equipo, adicionando el agente igualador/dispersante a base de policondensado lineal en solución acuosa (2% sobre peso de materia) acetato amónico (1,5 gr/1) y ajusfando el pH a 5,5 con ácido acético del 60%. Se emplea una relación de baño de 1/10 en todo el proceso. Se deja ambientar el género a 20-30°C durante 10 minutos y se añade el agente lubricante a una concentración de alrededor del 6% sobre peso de materia y el colorante necesario, previamente dispersados por separado en agua desmineralizada. Para dispersar el agente lubricante, se añade agua desmineralizada sobre el agente lubricante lentamente y bajo fuerte agitación mecánica, hasta obtención de una dispersión lechosa. Se calienta hasta 90°C y se deja durante 15 minutos a esta temperatura. En este momento el agente lubricante está agotado.
