Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour stériliser des préparations en suspension à base d'ibuprofène, caractérisé en ce que l'on stérilise les suspensions à base d'ibuprofène par application d'une pression, à une température inférieure au point de fusion de l'ibuprofène. L'invention concerne aussi des préparations en suspension à base d'ibuprofène dûment stérilisées, contenant entre 100 et 5 000 mg/100 ml d'ibuprofène et entre 1 et 150 mg/100 ml d'antiseptiques, avec une valeur de pH comprise entre 2,0 et 5,0.
