  • At one end of the slide part there is secured, by means of a 10 M 5x20 screw and a nut, an approx. 5 mm thick and 20x20 mm wide rubber piece 11. This serves as a stopper, preventing the slide part from becoming detached from the frame tube. When necessary, the stopper is detached and the slide part is removed from the frame tube in order to remove any impurities and gypsum dust from the inside of the frame tube, for example by using compressed air.

  • the most efficient operating range of the cutter is approx. from 20 mm to 600 mm, but it can be adjusted steplessly up to 1200 mm. This, however, requires the slide part to be replaced with a longer one, and slide parts can be manufactured as re ⁇ placement parts.
  • the cutter is very easy to use and light to handle. The dimensional accuracy is high, and the directional stability of the cutter is very good, since the U-profile will remain steadily against the edge of the board.

Abstract

L'invention porte sur un outil de coupe pour plaque de plâtre. Cet outil est constitué d'un tube formant un châssis (1) auquel est rattaché un élément guide (2). Un élément coulissant (3), équipé de deux échelles de mesure, l'une allant de 0 à 600 mm (15) et l'autre de 1200 à 600 mm (16), court le long du tube châssis. Ce dernier (1) comporte une poignée de verrouillage (5) permettant de bloquer l'élément coulissant sur le tube châssis tandis que sur l'autre extrémité de l'élément coulissant se trouve un porte-lame (4) muni d'une lame (6).
