Abstract

Zum Eindüsen von Gasen in feuerfest ausgekleidete Heißräume bzw. zur Herstellung eines Gasspülsteins (6) mit gerichteter Porosität wird vorgeschlagen, Formplatten zu verwenden, die aus gewalzten Grünlingen hergestellt sind und in deren Inneren Gasdurchtrittskanäle (3) verlaufen. Diese Gasdurchtrittskanäle (3) werden beim Walzvorgang durch das Einwalzen bzw. Einarbeiten von formstabilen Folien aus einem ausschmelzbaren oder ausbrennbaren Material erzeugt, die nach dem Walzen der Formplattengrünlinge ausgeschmolzen oder ausgebrannt werden.
