  • This invention concerns a new electromechanical apparatus, with fully electronical automation, designed in three versions, namely:

Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de transformer des déchets organiques urbains en résidus de boues stériles. Ce dispositif comprend, à l'intérieur d'un boîtier étanche pourvu de systèmes automatiques de commande électronique, des pièces et des ensembles électromécaniques appropriés permettant d'effectuer les opérations suivantes: a) première phase de traitement de déchets avec arrivée d'eau, ce qui permet d'obtenir une première réduction grossière des déchets; b) deuxième phase de trituration fine; c) troisième phase de floculation et de stérilisation simultanée, ce qui porte les résidus de boues à une température élevée d'environ 120 °C; d) quatrième phase de centrifugation et de refroidissement rapide des boues à travers l'arrivée d'eau et évacuation simultanée des boues réduites à l'état liquide, au moyen d'une motopompe, directement dans les égouts, le dispositif étant relié à ces derniers, ainsi qu'au réseau d'alimentation en eau et au réseau électrique, ce qui permet audit dispositif d'effectuer immédiatement un autre cycle de traitement.
