Abstract

Composition de réactif lytique ayant pour effet de stromatolyser les globules rouges dans un échantillon de sang. L'invention concerne également un système de réactif lytique qui permet de différencier au moins trois sous-populations de leucocytes, ainsi qu'un procédé d'utilisation du système de réactif lytique, ce dernier permet de déterminer l'hémoglobine dans le sang. Ledit système de réactif lytique utilise un sulfate d'alkyle, un tensioactif à base de polyoxyéthylène et de l'acide associé à un réactif stabilisateur, alcalin, hypertonique. Le système et le procédé d'analyse conservent la morphologie cellulaire des leucocytes et on peut les utiliser pour analyser des échantillons de sang normaux et anormaux, du sang neuf ou ancien, des échantillons de sang d'originige humaine ou animale.
