Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de fixer un airbag dans son boîtier, dans le volant d'un véhicule à moteur, comprenant un dispositif de retenue qui peut être fixé sur la jante (1) du volant et retient mécaniquement le boîtier vers le bas. L'objet de l'invention est d'obtenir un dispositif sans partie rigide dangereuse, pouvant être monté et démonté simplement et de façon sûre, et tel qu'il faut moins d'espace de rangement dans les véhicules de secours. A cet effet, le dispositif de retenue se présente sous la forme d'un treillis de fixation qui peut être tendu sur le boîtier d'airbag, entoure la jante (1) du volant et peut être tendu et fixé derrière la jante (1) du volant au moyen d'un dispositif de tension (3). Ce treillis de fixation peut être constitué, par exemple, de chaînes ou de sangles.
