Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de fermeture à monter sur des emballages jetables (3) pour boissons non gazeuses, qui comprend, après avoir été inséré, une partie de fermeture intérieure, positionnée à l'intérieur de l'emballage (3), et une partie extérieure (13,1 et 13,2) positionnée sur l'emballage. Ce système de fermeture est sensiblement tubulaire et plusieurs systèmes de bouchage tubulaires de ce type peuvent être réunis à l'aide d'au moins une pièce de raccordement (18), pour former un système de fermeture multiple (2). La face avant de la (ou des) partie(s) de fermeture extérieure(s) (13,1 et 13,2) est fermée par des zones frontales (14,1 et 14,2). Il est prévu, dans chacune de ces zones frontales, au moins une fente (15) maintenue fermée par les contraintes exercées sur le matériau. En cas de dépression intervenant dans l'emballage suite à une aspiration exercée depuis l'extérieur sur la zone frontale (14,1, 14,2) ou en cas de surpression suite à une pression exercée sur ledit emballage, la fente s'ouvre et un volume de boisson peut s'écouler par cette fente hors de l'emballage. Ce système de fermeture est particulièrement indiqué pour les jeunes enfants, car lorsqu'il est monté sur l'emballage, ce dernier demeure fermé, sans que le consommateur ait à intervenir.
