Description
DESCRIPTION
"Depot basement modular and automatic for temporary and permanent storage of containers and similar"
Technical Field
The invention deals with automatic system of parking and storage, and consists in a depot basement made to storage containers in the subsoil by a modular and completely automatic system, so that it is possible to avoid problems of environment effect, which came from the indiscriminate and uncheckable occupancy of large zones of land on which, today, had been placed in the open containers arrived from ports and other landing places. Background Art
Now automatic system of parking in the subsoil has been made only for cars, but never for containers, so don't exist any system similar at the present invention.
The containers, which reached port of destination, are placed and stored on surface of open land one over the other, so that they created, not always a ruined, but also a state of scarcely security and control of goods which are placed inside them. In other way, the stored of containers, now, created many problems and expensive of management for the containers drawing because, if one of them had been placed at the base of a containers column, one over the other, before to be draw it is necessary to take away before all the other containers to have access to the wanted one.
Disclosure of Invention
The need of environment respect and the always crowing necessity to take advantage of larger part of land as possible to be use for buildings, cultivation, or as natural park, made possible that frequently had been created underground or semi-underground structures which could be use in many way (dancing, swinpool, experimental city, etc.), talking about it is possible to remember the multi-storey carparck.
But problems of environment impact came from other elements, different from cars, which disfigure the environment and made it not only ruined but from an ecological point of view, but also no more useful for other uses.
Between the ruined elements are included containers use for transport goods, containers, which reached port of destination, are placed and stored on surface of open land one over the other, so that they created, not always a ruined, but also a state of scarcely security and control of goods which are placed inside them.
All these problems about environment and technical one are effectively resolved by the invention described, which consists in a depot basement modular and permanent for temporary and permanent storage of containers and similar, it consists in an underground structure which let the environment above perfectly clean and useful in other way.
It is a modular structure built with a series of cells, every one have the right size for the introduction of one container (minimum size 7
m. for 8 m., if it is predisposed for more diffuse container, and about
13 m. for 3 m. for the introduction of American type container, for an height about 3 m ), and it is useful in the same way in modular manner both height and width.
This structure is characterised by a series of ceils (or "seats") (table
1/4, fig. 1, letter A) placed in column one over the others and placed in the underground along the completion of wanted module.
These cells walls could be realise in different way and could be built by cells which contain more than one container each one.
In preference they will be characterise by a metallic structure (steel, zinged steel, inox to eliminate all type of maintenance), this structure can be dismantled and transferable, made by a series of vertical elements (table 1/4, fig. 1. letter BV anchored to the concrete foundation (table 1/4, fig. 1 , letter C) at these elements are bolted metal horizontal tops support for containers where they could be placed.
The burial of the wall cells has been predisposing an excavation in the zone made for the "shelter" of the containers, building inside the structure and covering the land so that only the entrance should be visible(table 1/4, fig. 1, letter E).
To enter in the park the user parked his truck (table 3/4, fig. 3, letter
A) near the entrance of the park made by a rectangular opening on the surface land (table 3/4, fig. 3, letter B), after that the container will be collect by an elevator (table 2/4, fig. 2, letter A) and let inside
the park itself, in the seat of start waiting that the remove-elevator take it away (table 2/4, fig. 2, letter B).
The collection by remove-elevator, and after the introduction inside the cell, are made by platforms which remove the container, thank to motorised rolls and guide of movement, from the remove-elevator to the containers and viceverse.
This collection could be made by a mechanism of cylinder small cushions integrated with the structure, or by a mobile pallet, or a that similar systems.
The working of the system is completely automatic and it is not necessary the external intervention the user should use a magnetic cadre, or a similar, personal key for the entrance, with this system is possible to put in action the system. The operations of containers placing in the cell are controlled by a computer which commands all the movements of remove-elevator and all the system. In this way, the collection of container should be sufficient put in action the system by a magnet card of recognition which allowed to control by logic the movement of remove-elevator in the point where the collection should be made, collection the container and let it in the same point of the entrance or in any other point of exit in the predisposed place. In this way the collection of every containers is self-contained one as regards to another and the collection is easy because it does not influence the arrival order and placement inside the park because the place of every container is independent one as regards to the other. It is possible to obtain more security, because
the area of a possible assault by third party to containers, is the area of the opening to the park, where the container stops only for a little period because it is possible to put it in to the cell in about 60/90 seconds.
This system could be provided with a direct link line, telecom- mechanical (table 3/4, fig. 3, letter C) with the port, the bank, or with the railway or similar, so that containers could be take directly by their place of arrival and after they could be transport to the park without trucks or other means of transport.
The system is characterise by a linear movement made principally by a column remove-elevator (table 2/4, fig. 2, letter C, table 3/4, fig. 4, letter D), which move along a railway (table 3/4, fig. 4, letter E) placed in a passage in front of the cells wall. The transverse movement by remove-elevator starts along a railway, which it is describe above, the high, vertical, movement and above it is made by a piston (table 2 4, fig. 2, letter D), placed under the point of support of remove-elevator. The park could be made in a modular way, made the different cells part one in front the other (table 4/4, fig. 5, letter A and B), let between the two spaces of the passage for the remove-elevator's movement, and placing one next the other (table 4/4, fig. 5, letter B and C). In this way the system could afford largest surfaces.
This park has been made and projected for a specific need of storage for containers, but could be used for parking in a permanent way containers of toxic rubbish (which could in this way regularly
controlled) and other harmful material. It has been made to park containers of food and other material, so that it is particularly useful because of the low temperature range. The tables show with extremely clearly the building's characteristics and the news of this idea.
Table 1/4, figure 1 , shows a part of the park just placed in the underground. It could be seen as the land over the park is all free and used in other way, and the always environment impact is the entrance of the elevator for containers.
Letter A shows one of the cells which made the structure of the park, which could contain one or more containers; letter B shows one of the metal vertical beam of the structure; letter C shows the concrete foundations; letter D shows one of the smooth surface on which had to be put containers; letter E shows the elevator for the collection of containers from trucks from street to their insertion inside the remove-elevator.
Table 2/4, figure 2, shows a part of the wall, where there is the remove-elevator (A) which is on the external surface of the land; the remove-elevator (C) with its piston which permits the vertical movement (D); and a container just put inside the remove-elevator itseif (B).
Table 3/4 shows a vision from the top of which only the specify part as in fig. 3 is externally visible; the part shows as in fig. 4 remains inside the underground and so, from an serial view it could not be visible.
Letter A shows a truck which goes inside the park, to discharge the container; it has been made a direct link system with the platform or the railway (C) so that the containers can rich the park without the necessity which circulate on the street. Letter B shows the opening at the park made by an opening keep closed by a special door, which could be open when the system is activating. Letter D shows the remove-elevator and letter E shows the railway on which the remove-elevator moves.
Table 4/4, figure 5, shows, see from the top, a possible modular development of the park, made by the repetition of cells walls and passages with remove-elevator. There are visible two cells walls the one in front of the other (A and B) and two cells walls the one near the other (B and C). There are visible also the remote-elevators (letter D, D1, D2, D3, D4).
The object described has been described only in a form of realisation for information only and it would not be limitation for its characteristics demonstrated. It is possible that the project will have many changes to afford industrial and commerce needs. It is possible to make use of other system and means, without change its ambits.
For these reasons the patent's request should include all equivalent appliances of this concept and ail equivalent product, which work in accordance with one or more characteristics indicated in these claims.
