Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à de nouveaux inhibiteurs de protéinases qui sont utilisés à la fois pour isoler des protéines et traiter et prévenir des maladies affectant les animaux et les plantes, notamment des maladies provenant d'infections fongiques. Les nouveaux inhibiteurs de protéinases de l'invention sont les polypeptides de la formule (I): A-B-G-C-Sta-Ala-Sta-E-F, dans laquelle A est absent ou représente un groupe bloquant d'acides aminés; B soit est absent, soit représente un peptide comprenant 1 à 3 acides aminés; C représente un acide aminé, E soit est absent, soit est sélectionné dans le groupe constitué de glycine et de β-alanine; F soit est absent, soit représente un peptide comprenant 1 à 5 acides aminés qui soit sont chargés positivement, soit sont chargés négativement, soit possèdent des groupes hydroxyle sur les chaînes latérales; et G représente un acide aminé. Les modes préférés de réalisation de la formule (I) sont: (II) Iva-Val-Val-Sta-Ala-Sta-Bal-D-Asp-D-Asp, (III) Iva-Val-Val-Sta-Ala-Sta-D-Ser-D-Ser, (IV) D-Asp-Bal-Val-Val-Val-Sta-Ala-Sta-Bal-D-Asp, et (V) Iva-Dab-Val-Sta-Ala-Sta. L'invention se rapporte également à des procédés destinés à analyser la présence de protéinases fongiques, ainsi qu'à des kits conçus pour réaliser ces analyses.
