Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de croissance de tissu osseux. Dans le procédé selon l'invention, on découvre le tissu osseux en excisant un carré de tissu mou sur le site où la croissance du tissu osseux doit s'effectuer. Un écarteur en forme de dôme est prévu sur ledit site, et le carré est rabattu sur ledit écarteur qui maintient une cavité entre le carré et le tissu osseux. Ce dispositif comporte un écarteur en dôme, de forme permanente destiné à être placé sur la partie découverte du tissu osseux de manière à définir une cavité au-dessus de la surface du tissu osseux.
