Abstract
Description
Deckel für becher- oder dosenförmige Behältnisse Lid for cup-shaped or can-shaped containers
The invention relates to a lid made of flexible material for cup-shaped or can-shaped containers. Together with the lid, these form a package in which foods are offered in liquid, semi-liquid, semi-solid or solid form. The lid usually consists of a coated metal foil, preferably aluminum foil, and is sealed, glued or welded onto the edge of the container. To open the packaging, the lid is gripped by two fingers on an existing tab and pulled off the container in a substantially horizontal direction.
Packaging of this type is widely used for foods such as yogurt, pudding, cream cheese, etc. If such food is bought for immediate consumption at the point of sale or in the open, for example on the trip, then a spoon is still missing, which would have to be procured separately, but is seldom available in the same shop, so that the buyer can find the contents of the package provided possible, at most "drink", or has to do without.
The object of the invention was to enable food from packaging of the type mentioned to be consumed in a normal manner by spooning out. To achieve the object, the lid of the packaging has the features according to claim 1. The spoon necessary for the consumption of the packaging content can thus be formed from the packaging lid with little effort.
Die Erfindung betrifft ferner eine Verpackung, die aus einem becher-oder do- senförmigen Behältnis und einem dieses dicht abschiiessenden Deckel be¬ steht, welche nach den Einfüllen des Inhalts eine funktionale Einheit bilden. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackung dieser Art. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes wird nachfolgend an¬ hand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht auf einen Deckel für ein rundes Behältnis; Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf einen Deckel für ein eckiges Behältnis; — Fig. 3 eine Unteransicht des Deckels gemäss Fig.1 ; Fig. 4 eine Seitenansicht des Deckels; Fig. 5 dieUnteransicht des Deckels gemäss Fig.3, mit teilweise eingerolltem Deckelabschnitt;The invention further relates to a packaging which consists of a cup-shaped or can-shaped container and a cover which seals it tightly and which form a functional unit after the contents have been filled in. The invention further relates to a method for producing a packaging of this type. An embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings. 1 shows a plan view of a lid for a round container; Figure 2 is a plan view of a lid for an angular container. 3 shows a bottom view of the cover according to FIG. 1; Fig. 4 is a side view of the lid; 5 shows the bottom view of the cover according to FIG. 3, with the cover section partially rolled up;

Der genannte spitze Winkel zwischen den Rändern 5 und 7 der seitlichen Laschen 4 und 6 und der Deckel-Längsachse macht es möglich, dass beim8 shows a finished packaging in a diagrammatic representation; 9 shows a further embodiment of a round lid; FIG. 10 shows the lid deformed into a spoon according to FIG. 9. The lid 1 according to FIG. 1 is intended for a circular container indicated by dashed lines and the lid 1a according to FIG. 2 for a square container with rounded corners, which is why Only differentiate the lid in terms of its outline. Each lid has a tear-open flap 2 on one side and a tongue-shaped scoop 3 on the edge exactly opposite. On both sides of an imaginary longitudinal axis of the lid running through the middle of the tear-open tab and the scoop bottle, each lid has a lateral tab 4 with an outer edge 5 and opposite a lateral tab 6 with an outer edge 7. These preferably run lateral edges 5 and 7 of the tabs at an acute angle to the longitudinal axis of the lid extending through the center of the scoop. 3, on the underside of the lid according to FIG. 3 there are essentially cylindrical bodies 8 with many interruptions as a rolling aid for rolling in opposite lid sections towards the center according to FIG. 5. The bodies 8 are glued to the lid material , Sealing or welding connected when the lid is applied to the filled container and they are previously formed on the upper edge of the container during manufacture and are easily detachable due to predetermined breaking points when the lid is removed from the container. In this state, the covers are shown in the figures. The said acute angle between the edges 5 and 7 of the lateral Tabs 4 and 6 and the longitudinal axis of the lid make it possible for the
For rolling up and folding the cover, lines and line patterns for identifying the cover sections to be rolled in and their boundaries can be printed on this, as is indicated by the lines 13 in FIG. 3.
Die Schöpflasche 3 ist muldenförmig eingedrückt und durch das Falten nicht mehr schar kantig.1 to 7 also show that the edge parts of the lid have at least in the area of the scoop 3 embossing lines 9 running parallel to the edge, in order to facilitate the folding of the flexible lid material to reinforce the scoop 3 by forming a double-layered lid rim 10. The scoop bottle 3 is depressed and is no longer sharp-edged due to the folding.
Without the body 8 serving as a rolling aid, a spoon handle can also be formed by repeatedly folding the cover material from the side flaps to the center.
The lid 1 and 1a consists of aluminum foil coated or uncoated on both sides, which can be attached to the upper edge of a container by gluing, sealing or welding. The bodies 8 formed on the upper edge of the container during its manufacture and serving as a rolling aid are firmly connected to the cover and remain there when the cover is removed from the container. The lid 1 (or 1a) and the cup-shaped or can-shaped container 11 according to FIG. 8 thus together form a packaging according to the invention, from the lid of which a usable spoon can be produced. The method for producing such a packaging is characterized in that, during the manufacture of the container, two essentially cylindrical bodies which are interrupted in the longitudinal direction are molded onto the circumferential flanged edge at the same time, which, when the lid is attached, are laterally over the flanged edge protruding tabs of the lid are welded and when pulling the lid adheres to it and can be separated from the flanged edge of the container.
So that the lid 3 of the lid is hygienic and protected from damage, it is bent at an angle to the surface of the lid and is covered by a label 12 adjacent to the container wall.
Bezüglich der Schöpflasche und Aufreisslasche ist der Deckel identisch mit der zuvor beschriebenen Ausführungsform.9 and 10 show a further, more cost-effective embodiment of a cover 1b made of plastic materials, which has further fold lines 16 and 17 formed by embossing and / or scratches on the line of symmetry 15 and on both sides parallel to it. Thanks to these embossing lines, the lid can be shaped like a bellows into a stem. It can be fixed in this form by an adhesive previously applied transversely to the axis of symmetry. With regard to the scoop bottle and tear-open tab, the lid is identical to the previously described embodiment.
The shape of the lid also makes it possible to produce multiple packs, in which two lids each of containers which are also connected by lateral edges are connected along the straight lid edge between the tear-open tab and a lateral tab via easily separable parts.
The lid according to the invention has the advantage of being able to consume the contents of an edible packaging without any problem having a proper spoon and of having to dispose of less waste by not using a disposable spoon which is otherwise usually used.
