Abstract
L'invention concerne un immeuble monolithique comprenant une enveloppe courbée tridimensionnelle (2) constituée d'éléments de renforcement fibreux auquels on a appliqué un agent consolidant. Les éléments de renforcement fibreux sont constitués d'un matériau imperméable à l'air et ils sont fixés par une connexion hermétique autour de l'extérieur de l'enveloppe (2) à une structure de support (1) (fondations). L'immeuble est doté d'une enveloppe suppémentaire (5) à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe principale (2), avec un espace intermédiaire (6) rempli d'un matériau isolant; il est également doté d'une ossature (7) à étages multiples laquelle abrite l'espace d'habitation (8) de l'immeuble. Des dormants de fenêtre et de porte (3 et 4 respectivement) sont montés dans les deux enveloppes (2, 5). Si l'immeuble doit être construit sur un sol instable, une structure de support mobile (1) permet, en cas de nécessité, une correction de niveau de l'immeuble, par exemple par empierrement avec du ballast et nivellement du sol.
