Abstract
L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de lutte contre le mildiou des cultures. La formulation fongicide aqueuse que l'on applique sur les cultures avant et après leur récolte comprend des substances qui sont biocompatibles sur le plan de leur utilisation agricole et horticole. A titre d'exemple, une formulation inoffensive à l'égard des animaux et des hommes peut consister en une solution aqueuse comprenant du bicarbonate de potassium, du carbonate de potassium, de l'oléate de potassium ainsi que de la gomme de xanthane. La combinaison de l'oléate de potassium et de la gomme fait office de milieu d'étalement adhésif efficace formant un revêtement solide sur les surfaces des plantes, lequel revêtement possède des propriétés fongicides à la fois immédiates et de longue durée.
