Description

The present invention relates to a three-dimensional wooden panel and its use. It is known to use three-dimensional panels, for example for isoplane doors, by depositing a facing panel on each side of a lattice of crossed wooden strips or, if one wishes to improve the resistance of such panels, d '' a lattice of wooden blades arranged in a honeycomb pattern.

If we want to use this technique to form panels to form floors supporting large loads or form roofing supports or formwork formwork, it is important to increase the resistance of such panels without increasing significantly their weight.

A first object of the invention is therefore to propose panels formed so as to considerably increase the resistance without considerably increasing the weight of the panel.

This object is achieved by the fact that the three-dimensional wooden panel comprising between two facing panels spacers is characterized in that the spacers are arranged in a V and longitudinally in the direction of the largest dimension of the panel and partially penetrate into the panels facing.

According to another particularity, the spacers are blades whose longitudinal sides are cut at a bevel in two parallel planes forming an angle between 30 and 60 degrees relative to the other two planes parallel to the longitudinal faces of the blades.

According to another particularity, the facing panels are notched with V-shaped longitudinal grooves forming an angle corresponding to the angle formed by two spacers joined by their bevel.

According to another particular feature, the depth of the groove is between a quarter and a half of the thickness of the facing panel.

According to another particular feature, the depth of the groove is preferably one third of the thickness of the facing panel.

According to another particularity, the spacers are made of plywood, of metal profile or of plastic profile.

According to another particular feature, the three-dimensional panel is curved and the curvilinear generator is arranged in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal plane of the spacers.

According to another particular feature, the empty spaces between the spacers and the facing panels allow the passage of cables or sheaths.

According to another particular feature, the empty spaces between the spacers and the facing panels are filled with insulation product.

Another object of the invention is to propose a use of the panels according to the invention.

This object is achieved by the fact that several panels are associated to form a foldable surface by assembling them together by hinges arranged at each end so as to allow the opening on the desired side.

According to another particular feature, the axes of the consecutive hinges are arranged alternately near the opposite faces of the panel.

D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de la présente invention apparaîtront plus clairement à la lecture de la description ci-après faite en référence aux dessins annexés dans lesquels : - la figure 1 représente une vue en perspective du panneau selon l'invention ;Other characteristics and advantages of the present invention will appear more clearly on reading the description below made with reference to the appended drawings in which: - Figure 1 shows a perspective view of the panel according to the invention;

The panel is constituted, as can be seen in FIG. 1, by two facing panels (11, 12) arranged one from the other at a distance given by the height defined by the spacers (13, 12), height which is less than the width of the spacers. The spacers (13, 12) consist of parallelepipedic blades whose two parallel faces are cut by two planes forming an angle varying between 30 and 60 degrees with the parallel faces to form a bevel whose angle or top varies between 30 and 60 degrees for, by association of two blades (13, 12), to form a V and by association of several V arranged side by side, to form a succession of folds in accordion, as represented in figure 1. Each vertex formed by two spacers ( 12, 13) and forming a fold will be disposed in a groove formed on the walls of the facing panels (10, 11) located opposite and oriented towards the inside of the three-dimensional panel. These grooves (101, 111) have a V shape corresponding to the shape of two spacers joined by their bevel and are spaced by a distance corresponding to the distance separating the ends of the V-shaped branches. The grooves (111) located on a facing panel (11) are offset from the grooves (101) located on the facing panel (10) opposite half a step. The lateral ends of each panel are formed by cleats (14, 15) arranged parallel to the longitudinal direction of the blades. In a variant of the invention, the faces transverse to the longitudinal direction of the blades could also be finished with cleats. This will be particularly advantageous in the case where it is desired to ensure perfect flatness of the panels. On the other hand if one wants to give a curvature to the panel with a generator which is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the spacers, one will avoid having cleats along planes parallel to the generator. FIG. 3 represents the use of three panels (1A, 1B, 1C) according to the invention, associated with each other. The panel (1A) is secured to the panel (1C) by a hinge (2ac) and the panel (1A) to the panel (1B) by a hinge (2ab). To allow a zig-zag folding of the panels together, the hinges will be arranged so that their pivot axes are located at each end of the panel near a facing panel located on the opposite side to that of the 'other end. The invention thus makes it possible to manufacture hollow core panels which allow the incorporation of various insulation products, such as glass wool, polyurethane foam, polystyrenes, etc. These panels also allow, in the empty spaces available between the facing panels (10, 11) and the spacers, the passage of cables or sheaths.

Les entretoises peuvent également être de tout type de matériau, tels que lames de bois, lames en contreplaque, profils métalliques, profils en plastique, etc...The facing panels can be made of any type of material, such as chipboard, wood slat panels, plywood. The spacers can also be of any type of material, such as wooden blades, plywood blades, metal profiles, plastic profiles, etc.

The assembly will be carried out according to the materials by gluing, pressing, stapling. The invention thus makes it possible to constitute rigid panels which are very light for their size and which have a very high weight-resistance ratio. These panels can be used to form floors for trains, boats, etc .; supporting rolling loads, for example in elevators, trucks; forming removable floors or tracks for sports halls, shows, dance halls; constitute roof supports, various doors, formwork formwork, etc.

Other modifications within the reach of the skilled person are also part of the spirit of the invention.
