Abstract
L'invention porte sur un système de lasers solides pulsés (10) utilisant plusieurs barreaux distincts (11-14) qui sont pompés séquentiellement et dont les faisceaux sont combinés dans un seul faisceau de sortie composite (35). Les différents barreaux (11-14) sont pompés à un niveau de puissance moyen, inférieur à leur niveau maximal de sortie, ce qui permet de se passer d'un système de réfrigération. L'invention porte également sur un système optique compact produisant un faisceau de taille constante pour différents niveaux de pompage, et sur d'autres avantages. Elle porte enfin sur un système compact de refroidissement.
