Abstract

Procédé d'utilisation de déchets solides dangereux (14) dont le dépôt dans les décharges sanitaires est interdit, comme source d'énergie dans un four à ciment (12). Le procédé consiste à prendre les déchets solides dangereux utilisables dans un four à ciment, à ajouter aux déchets un combustible liquide dans une installation de broyage afin de former un mélange, à broyer le mélange de manière à réduire la grosseur des particules des déchets et à former une suspension épaisse combustible, et à introduire cette suspension directement dans la flamme (18) du four à ciment. Le broyage des déchets dans l'installation de broyage avant leur introduction dans le four assure une mise à feu rapide et instantanée des déchets sans altérer la formation de clinker ou des paramètres de fonctionnement du four.
