Abstract

The longitudinal beam (9) comprises a pin of rotation (12) inclined at an angle different from the right one in relation to the frame (1), at an angle different from the right one in relation to the longitudinal beam (9) and at the right angle in relation to the plate where the arcuate slideway (8) is mounted. The longitudinal beam (9) comprises a hydraulic cylinder (115) mounted rotationally at the rear cross member (3) with the axis of rotation (112) inclined at an angle different from the right one in relation to the longitudinal axis of the cylinder and at an angle different from the right one in relation to the frame (1).

Description

DEVIABLE PLOW
The object of this invention comprises a deviable plough used in agriculture and forestry for soil cultivation.
The US Patent Description Number 5.024.281 describes a reversible moldboard plow, which has a frame with a front cross member comprising upper and lower plates with two inclined side members. At the rear of the front cross member an arcuate plate bridges the sides. An upper hitch plate extends upwardly from the front cross member with two parallel plates having two holes with a hitch pin extending therethrough for the purpose of attaching to the triple point hitch of the tractor.
Spaced at either side of the outer vertical plate of the front cross member a pair of parallel plates with hitch pins is placed. A piston and cylinder assembly is placed between the side members of each plate.
The frame mounts a longitudinal bearing beam with its rotational intermadiate section between the upper and the lower plate of the rear cross member, which permits the beam to swing laterally of the frame. The forward end of the frame rides on the arcuate plate mounted at the rear of the front cross member of the frame.
Plow bottoms are mounted at the bearing beam. Lateral swinging of the beam in relation to the frame is possible due to a pair of cylinders mounted at one side of the beam.
The longitudinal bearing beam, for the purpose of convenience and flexibility, rotates in relation, to a pair of mutually perpendicular axes.
Rotation in relation to the axis perpendicular to the longitudinal beam provides proper operational width of the plow. Rotation in relation to the axis in conformity with the driving course causes readjustment of the plow by the angle equal to the angle of inclination of the tractor, where wheels at one side roll on the bottom of the plowed furrow, while wheels at the other side roll along the unploughed field, so after such a rotation the lower edges of plowshares form a plate in relation to the bed.
In the prior solution, each of these two rotations is realized separately by means of two pairs of hydraulical cylinders.
It is a substance of this invention that the deviable plow, which comprises a bearing beam with individual plow bottoms, the frame with front and rear cross members, inclined sides bridged longitudinally, arcuate slide bearing at the rear plate of the front cross member, hitch points - an upper and a lower one - at. the front side of the cross member, is characterized by the bearing beam having the axis of rotation attached, which comprises a pin extending through the bearing beam and the rear cross member of the frame. The axis is at the angle different from the right one in relation to the bearing beam and at the right angle in relation to the plate, to which an arcuate slideway bearing is attached.
The bearing beam comprises one pair of hydraulical cylinders attached to its side plate, and attached rotationally to the rear cross member with a rotational axis at an angle different from the right one in relation to the frame, and an angle different from the right one in relation to the longitudinal axis of the cylinders, so at the moment, of a single rotation of the bearing beam caused by one pair of hydraulical cylinders, two shifts of the beam are realized.
The deviable plow, instead of a pair of cylinders comprises one hydraulical cylinder of bilateral action. mounted at the side plate of the beam, and mounted rotationally at the rear cross member with the rotational axis at an angle different from the right one in relation to the frame, and at the angle different from the right one in relation to the longitudinal axis of the cylinder,
A rotational pin of the beam is extended non-rotationally through the rear cross member.
The object of invention is exemplified by the attached drawing where:

The deviable plow in the invention comprises a frame /l/ with a front cross member /2/ bridged with a rear cross member /3/ by two inclined sides /4/.The front cross
member - a beam - comprises two plate hitch points, two lower ones /5/ and an upper one /6/ between them in their axis of symmetry with pins /7/ .
At the rear part of the front cross member /2/ an arcuate slideway /8/ is mounted. Its tips are mounted at the sides /4/ of the frame /1/.
The plow is equipped with a longitudinal bearing beam /9/ with plow bottoms /10/ mounted laterally. The front tip /11/ of the longitudinal bearing beam /9/ rides along the slideway /8/ of the front cross member /2/.
The longitudinal bearing beam /9/ has the axis of rotation consisting of a pin /12/. The pin is inclined at an angle "a" in relation to the bearing beam h. f and at an angle "b" in relation to the plate of the frame /1/ different from the right angle. The angle of rotation of the longitudinal bearing beam /9/ in relation to the plate, at which the slideway /8/ is mounted, is the right angle.
Due to such a positioning of the pin /32/, two transpositions of the bearing beam are realized during one rotation. The bearing beam /9/ comprises a pair of hydraulic cylinders /13/ connected rotationally to the rear cross member /3/. The axes of rotation / 1 4/ of the cylinders /13/ are inclined at an angle "c", different from the right angle, in relation to the frame / 1 / , and in relation to the longitudinal axis of cylinders /13/ at an angle "d" different from the right angle, so the complex path of the movement of the bearing beam is copied by them.
The rear cross member /3/ comprises two horizontal plates and the bearing beam /9/ comprises two longitudinal beams.
Between the beams of the longitudinal bearing beam /9/ , a sleeve / 1 11 / is mounted with a positioned rotational pin /12/ of the bearing beam /9/. The sleeve /111/ and the pin /12/ are bridged non-rotationally with the beams of the bearing beam /9/,and bridged rotationally with the plates of the rear cross member /3/.
The pins /113/ are placed in openings of the rear cross member /3/.
The pins /112/ are mounted in openings /113/ of the ring /114/, which in turn is installed on the hydraulical cylinder /115/.The hydraulical cylinder /115/ is of bilateral action and is mounted at the beam of the bearing beam by means of a lug /116/.
The axis of the pins /112/ of the hydraulical cylinder /115/ of bilateral action is inclined at an angle different from the right one in relation to the frame /1/, and at an angle different from the right one in relation to the longitudinal axis of the cylinder /115/.

Claims

PATENT RESERVATIONS
1. The deviable plow, comprising a bearing beam with individual plow bottoms, the frame with front and rear cross members bridged longitudinally by inclined sides, arcuate slideway at the rear side of the front cross member, lower and upper hitches at the front side of the cross member, is characteristic for the longitudinal bearing beam having the axis of rotation comrised by a pin crossing through the bearing beam and the rear cross member of the frame.
The axis is inclined at an angle different from the right one in relation to the frame, different from the right one in relation to the bearing beam and at the right angle in relation to the plate where the arcuate slideway is mounted. At the same time, the longitudinal bearing beam comprises one pair of hydraulical cylinders mounted at its side plate and mounted rotationally at the rear cross member with the axis of rotation inclined at an angle different from the right one in relation to the frame and an angle different from the right one in relation to the longitudinal axis of cylinders, so during a single rotation of the longitudinal bearing beam caused by one pair of cylinders , its two transpositions are realized .
2. The deviable plow, having the bearing beam with individual plouw bottoms, the frame with front and rear cross members bridged lopngitudinally by inclined sides, arcuate slideway at the rear side of the front cross member, lower and upper hitches at the front side of the cross member, is chracteristic for its longitudinal bearing beam comprising the axis of rotation consiting of a pin extending through the bearing beam and the rear cross member of the frame, and the axis is inclined in relation to the frame at an angle different from the right one and an angle different from the right one in relation to the bearing beam, and at the right angle in relation to the plate at which the arcuate slideway is mounted; and comprises one hydraulical cylinder of bilateral action mounted at the side plate of the longitudinal bearing beam and mounted rotationally at the rear cross member, with the axis of rotation inclined at at an angle different from the right one in relation to the frame, and at the angle different from the right one in relation to the longitudinal axis of the cylinder.
3.The plow, according to reservation 2, is characteristic for its pin of rotation of the longitudinal bearing beam, which is non-rotationally connected with the bearing beam and is rotationally conected with the rear cross member.
