Abstract

Das anmeldungsgemäße feste Konzentrat zur Herstellung eines sauren wässrigen Beizmittels für Metalloberflächen enthält jeweils feste, wasser- und/oder säurelösliche a) Fluorid- und Nitratverbindung, vorzugsweise als Alkali- und/oder Ammoniumsalz; b1) Magnesiumverbindung, vorzugsweise als Nitrat-, Sulfat- und/oder Zitratsalz, oder b2) Kalzium- und/oder Aluminiumverbindung, vorzugsweise als Nitrat- und/oder Zitratsalz, sowie gegebenenfalls c) in Wasser sauer reagierende Verbindung, vorzugsweise in Form von Zitronensäure, Amidoschwefelsäure und/oder Alkali-/Ammoniumdihydrogenphoshat. Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung kann das Konzentrat weiterhin einen Gehalt an festem, wasser- und/oder säurelöslichem Oxidationsmittel aufweisen. Besonders zweckmäßig ist es, kristallwasserhaltige und kristallwasserfreie Komponenten jeweils separat zu halten. Das Konzentrat kann in Form von Portionspackungen zur Herstellung einer definierten Beizmittelmenge zur Anwendung gelangen.
