Abstract

Un procédé sert à produire des revêtements de sols, de nattes et des bandes en granulé de caoutchouc recyclé. On produit à cet effet des nattes composées d'un liant et dudit granulé, puis on applique sur celles-ci un adhésif coloré et le substrat revêtu est électrostatiquement floqué avec des fibres teintées. Le substrat est enduit, le cas échéant, d'un vernis phosphorescent. Afin d'améliorer la fixation de l'adhésif, la surface du substrat est fraisée ou bien des trous sont creusés dans celle-ci.
