Verfahren zur Herstellung von dekorativen und technisch nutzbaren Fußbodenbelägen, Matten und Bahnen, sowie Wand-, Boden- und Deckenplatten aus Recyclinggranulat oder Regenerat. Process for the production of decorative and technically usable floor coverings, mats and sheets, as well as wall, floor and ceiling panels made from recycled granulate or regenerated material.
Beschreibungdescription
Die Erfindung bezieht sich ausschließlich auf ein Verfahren welches ermöglicht Altgummi sowie Altplastik in veredelter Form dem Wirtschafts- und Industriekreislauf zurückzu- führen. Dadurch werden in diesem Bereich Altlasten ab¬ gebaut, sowie Umweltschäden durch die Gummi- und Kunst¬ stoffVerbrennung eingeschränkt oder weitgehend vermieden. Durch den Einsatz von Recyclingmaterial wird die Möglich¬ keit eines maßvollen und behutsamen Umganges mit unseren Ressourcen ermöglicht.The invention relates exclusively to a method which enables waste rubber and plastic in a refined form to be returned to the economic and industrial cycle. Der Patentanspruch liegt vorzugsweise im Bereich Fußboden¬ belag, Matten und Bahnen aus Altgummi-, Kautschukgranulat oder Regenerat von z.B. Altreifen, EPDM-Teilen aus der KFZ- oder sonstigen Industrie, sowie im Bereich Wand-, Boden-, oder Deckenplatten aus Kunstharzgebundenem Alt¬ kunststoffgranulat hergestellt, vorzugsweise aus ge- schredderte Altplastik (z.B. aus KFZ, Haushalt und Ver¬ packung etc.) in Plattenform oder auch als Formkörper. Durch die anschließende Beflockung oder Kaschierung er- halten wir z.B. einen hochwertigen Teppichboden für alle Lebensbereiche wie z.B.
