Abstract

Instrument d'écriture constitué d'un corps principal (1) renfermant un mécanisme traditionnel (4) de stylo à bille, dont la partie supérieure comporte un réservoir (7) contenant un liquide empêchant les contrefaçons et fermé par un bouchon (2) dans lequel est montée une petite brosse (10). Lorsqu'on appuie sur le bouchon, la pointe (5) du stylo sort ou se retire, et lorsqu'on dévisse le bouchon, on peut extraire la petite brosse de son réservoir afin d'appliquer et de répandre, à l'instant voulu, ledit liquide anti-contrefaçon sur les parties importantes d'un effet négociable (chèque, facture, ou analogue), c'est-à-dire les chiffres et les lettres indiquant la somme à verser, le nom du destinataire, et la signature.
