Abstract
Un procédé de rectification centrifuge sans rotors consiste à chauffer un mélange liquide initial à haute pression, à étrangler le liquide chauffé tout en l'amenant simultanément à effectuer une rotation par son injection tangentiel dans une chambre cylindrique à effet vortex, et à refroidir artificiellement l'écoulement de vapeur-liquide dans la zone de rotation centrale. Du fait de l'étranglement, une phase vapeur est générée, laquelle se déplace, sous l'effet du gradient de pression, dans le liquide à partir de la périphérie vers le centre où une partie de ladite phase est soutirée et une partie est condensée sous l'effet du refroidissement. La phase liquide condensée sous l'effet de la force centrifuge se déplace vers la périphérie où le liquide est soutiré. Un dispositif de mise en ÷uvre du procédé comprend une pompe d'alimentation (1), un dispositif de chauffage (2), un condenseur (4) ainsi qu'une chambre à effet vortex (3) dotée d'un logement présentant une cavité de travail cylindrique, des manchons tangentiels (5) assurant l'injection du liquide, un manchon (7) destiné à soutirer la phase vapeur, un déphlegmateur (6) ainsi qu'un manchon (10) destinés à soutirer la phase liquide, reliés à la cavité de travail au moyen d'orifices (9), et un collecteur (8) destiné à soutirer la phase liquide.
