Abstract

Le dispositif comprend: un tunnel (2), le long duquel on introduit la pâte à traiter, deux rangées (8, 8') d'ailettes s'étendant dans la longueur dudit tunnel (2) et traversées dans un seul sens par un fluide thermique, l'une des rangées (8) étant traversée par un fluide de réchauffement introduit à l'extrémité du tunnel par laquelle la pâte est évacuée, l'autre rangée (8') étant traversée par un fluide de refroidissement introduit, à une température inférieure au point de rosée, à l'extrémité du tunnel nécessitant la condensation la plus importante, une paire de détecteurs (22, 24) accouplés à la rangée d'ailettes (8) traversée par le fluide de réchauffement, afin de mesurer la température de l'air aux deux extrémités du tunnel, une paire de détecteurs (22', 24) accouplés à la rangée d'ailettes (8') traversée par le fluide de refroidissement, afin de mesurer l'humidité de l'air aux deux extrémités du tunnel, un détecteur (20') placé dans le conduit d'entrée du fluide de refroidissement (10') pour mesurer sa température, et au moins un dispositif de régulation de température (18, 18') relié auxdits détecteurs (22, 22', 24, 24'), afin de réguler, par l'intermédiaire de moyens de régulation (14, 14', 16, 16'), la température des fluides thermiques et leur débit, afin d'obtenir une différence de température prédéterminée entre l'entrée et la sortie de chaque rangée (8, 8').
