Abstract

Selon un procédé de préparation de résidus d'incinération et/ou de lavage de gaz de fumée, les résidus déshydratés et homogénéisés jusqu'à former des grains d'une grosseur aussi uniforme que possible sont micro-enduits d'une pâte en une matière thermoplastique et le matériau ainsi enduit est moulé et granulé avec une matière plastique contenant une certaine quantité de matières thermoplastiques, jusqu'à former un matériau ré-utilisable. Afin de micro-enduire et de micro-gélifier les résidus homogénéisés, on ajoute à ceux-ci une quantité comprise entre 10 et 15 % en poids, par rapport au matériau traité, d'une pâte ou d'une suspension composée d'une matière thermoplastique, à une température comprise entre 80 et 85 °C et le mélange est agité intensivement pendant 10 à 15 minutes, à la température donnée. On utilise une pâte ou une suspension contenant 40 à 50 % en poids de chlorure de polyvinyle. On ajoute ensuite au matériau micro-enduit jusqu'à 30 % en poids d'une matière plastique, le mélange est extrudé à une température de traitement comprise entre 165 et 180 °C et le ruban ainsi formé est découpé en granules. En tant qu'additif d'extrusion, on peut utiliser par exemple des déchets en matières plastiques broyées et nettoyées contenant au moins 35 % de matières thermoplastiques.
