Abstract
Description
Verfahren und Vorrichtung zum Befüllen von Verpackungen Method and device for filling packaging
TECHNISCHES GEBIETTECHNICAL AREA
The invention relates to: a method and a device for filling packaging, in particular paper bags or the like ' .
STAND DER TECHNIKSTATE OF THE ART
It is already known to fill product from a filler neck into a molding chamber and to compress it in the molding chamber. The compression is carried out with the help of suction elements immersed in the product. After the compression, the molding chamber is first sunk into the open packaging and then the bottom flap of the molding chamber is opened. The compacted filling material is then discharged into the packaging.
In this known method, it is disadvantageous that the suction candles, which are immersed in the packaging, must be blown free again before each filling. This considerably reduces the filling speed.

EfiSATZBLATT DIE ERFINDUNGEfiSATZBLATT THE INVENTION
On the basis of this prior art, the object of the invention is to develop a method and a device of the type presumed to be known in such a way that rapid filling with compacted material is possible with the aid of simple, reliable elements.
Anspruch 2.This object is achieved with the features of the characterizing part of claim 1 and claim 2.
In the method according to the invention, the compression takes place by means of a vacuum suction, which takes place above the fill level of the undensified filling material. So there is no contact between the suction elements and the contents. The consequence of this is that contamination is also reliably avoided.
Preferred embodiments of the device are described in the subclaims.

ERSATZBLATT BESTER WEG ZUR AUSFUHRUNG DER ERFINDUNGREPLACEMENT LEAF BEST WAY OF CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
A supply device 6 for the filling material designated 13 is connected to a storage container 8. Below the storage container, a shut-off valve 7 is provided in the inlet device 6, which prevents the filling material from trickling out of the storage container in the closed state. The funnel-shaped edge region 5 of a molding chamber denoted by 1 bears against the sealing flange 10 of the inlet device 6. The edge area 5 is open at the top and can lie tightly against the sealing flange 10. The molding chamber 1 has a base 2 which can be held in the closed position according to FIG. 1 by a pivotable pressure device 3. In Figure 3, the pressure device 3 is pivoted back, so it is no longer on the bottom 2. A shaking device 4 for shaking this molding chamber 1 is attached to the molding chamber 1.
A suction bell 9 forms the lower end of a suction nozzle 14. The suction nozzle 14 is an element of a vacuum suction device, which is not shown in more detail.
Anschließend wird die Saugglocke 9 auf den oberen trichterförmigenA packaging 12, for example a paper bag opened in a rectangular or cuboid shape, is arranged below the molding chamber 1 in a cassette 11. A T ZBLATT Shut down the edge area 5 of the molding chamber 1 until the suction cup lies tightly against the edge area 5. Then the suction of the air space begins with the result that the loosely filled material is compressed. As soon as the desired vacuum is reached, the pressure device 3 is pivoted from the position shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 into the release position (see FIG. 3). Due to the resulting vacuum, the bottom 2 remains firmly pressed against the lower edge of the molding chamber 1. Thereafter, the suction bell 9, the suction nozzle 14 and the mold chamber open at the bottom are moved downwards while maintaining the vacuum until the position shown in FIG. 3 is reached. Subsequently, the vacuum is first released, then the base 2, which is designed as a flap, is pivoted into the release position according to FIG. 4, and the compressed material is then introduced from the molding chamber 1 into the packaging 12 by actuating the vibrating device. After the discharge process has ended, the molding chamber 1 and the suction bell 9 with the suction nozzle 14 are returned to their starting position, which is shown in FIG. The device is thus ready for carrying out the next molding and filling process.
At further processing stations, the described pre-compression process can be followed by additional compression processes, which can be carried out with the aid of all conventional compression devices, such as, for example, vibrating devices or vacuum suction cups.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 6 to 9, in addition to the pressure device 3, a locking device
ERSATZBLATT lungsvorrichtung vorgesehen. This locking device has two front holding hooks 50 and 51 and two rear holding hooks 52 and 53. The holding hooks can be displaced along the molding chamber 1 in the longitudinal direction thereof. The drive takes place via actuating cylinders 54 and 55. The holding hooks ensure absolutely secure contact of the flap 2 on the lower edge of the molding chamber 1.
So that no filling material can get between the sealing surfaces, a cleaning brush 56 is also provided (cf. FIG. 9) which sweeps over the bottom flap 2 after each emptying process. The stripped off residual material is sucked off via a suction pipe 57.
