Abstract

Des procédés améliorés d'amplification d'acides nucléiques peuvent réduire l'amplification non-spécifique et minimiser les effets de contamination d'analyses de réactions d'amplification d'acide nucléique dus à des produits amplifiés provenant des précédentes amplifications. Ces procédés consistent à introduire des bases de nucléotides non conventionnelles dans les produits de réaction d'amplification et à traiter les produits au moyen d'éléments enzymatiques (par exemple des glycosylases) et/ou physiques-chimiques afin que le produit soit incapable d'agir comme une matrice dans des amplifications subséquentes.
