DE-PS 496 017 und DE AS 14 71 373 bekannten Stifte und Verfahren zu sehen, die allesamt offen¬ sichtlich zu keinem akzeptablen bzw. brauchbaren Produkt oder Herstellungsverfahren führten, da heute kein eipziger derarti¬ ger Artikel erhältlich ist. Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, eine Umhüllung für Schreib- oder Malstifte zu schaffen und geeignete Verfahren zu deren Herstellung vorzuschlagen, die insbesondere nicht aus Naturholz oder aus (thermoplastischen) Kunststoffen bestehen, und die einfach und zeitgemäß, unter bevorzugter Verwendung vorhandener Abfall- oder Recycling-Materialien, herstellbar sind.Although it was already recommended at the turn of the century to provide pencils with paper and paper pulp or synthetic wood coverings, no such pen produced has apparently become known to date.
