Abstract

Un procédé et un dispositif permet d'amener une suspension de cellulose de consistance fine, dont la consistance et la vitesse d'écoulement sont connues, au côté aspiration d'une pompe principale (4). Une première unité multihydrocyclone (6) pour enlever des impuretés lourdes, ainsi qu'une deuxième unité multihydrocyclone (7) pour enlever des impuretés légères, et une tête de caisse (8) pour une presse-pâte ou pour une machine à papier (9) sont couplées, en série, au côté sous pression de ladite pompe principale. Un nettoyage ainsi qu'une production de pulpe ou de papier ininterrompus par un stockage intermédiaire, sont ainsi assurés. De plus, on réalise un épaississement de la pulpe dans la deuxième unité multihydrocyclone à partir d'une consistance apte au nettoyage de manière à rendre la consistance plus épaisse pour la répartitition sur un fil ou semblable.
